Warranty

All Progress Weights products are covered by a 3-year (36 month) warranty from the original date of purchase. In the case of pre-ordered products, the warranty period will commence on the date the goods are dispatched. The warranty covers products against manufacturing defects for the original purchaser. Wear and tear, or products subject to improper use, are not included under the warranty.

To submit a warranty claim, please email contact@progressweights.com clearly stating the affected product(s) and a brief description of the fault. If necessary, we may request for photographic evidence or for the product to be returned to us for an inspection to be carried out. For all warranty claims, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If the product is deemed to be faulty then Progress Weights will repair or replace the item as deemed necessary, or in some instances, send a new part for the customer to fit. The warranty period will continue to run from the original warranty start date.

Goods must be properly packaged prior to courier collection. We will not accept any goods or entertain any warranty claims where products are returned to us without our prior authorisation or where there isn’t sufficient proof of original purchase. All shipping costs will be at our expense for the return or delivery of goods relating to warranty claims.

Our warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights. 

Any warranties we offer apply only to goods within mainland UK.

Order Cancellation

For products purchased for domestic/home use, your right to cancel an order starts from the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. This 14-day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. All costs associated with returning the goods, including packaging (couriers will not collect any unpackaged goods), postage and insurance, will be borne by the customer and can be deducted from any refund issued. All goods must be received by us in perfect condition and in their original packaging, should they not be, we reserve the right not to accept the goods and/or not to issue a full refund. Any costs associated with redelivering the goods will then be payable in advance by the customer. If an order is cancelled, any free gifts received with the original order must also be returned. There may be a restocking charge, which you will be advised of when arranging your return, this can be deducted from any refund issued.

For products purchased for commercial/business use, you may cancel your order for a full refund prior to your order being shipped, however, if any costs have been incurred they can be deducted from your refund. If your order has already been shipped, any freight charges that have been incurred can be deducted from your refund. You may return any goods, in perfect condition, and in original packaging, within 14 days after the day of receipt of the goods. Delivery

We offer a range of delivery options and will be as flexible as possible to meet your requirements should you prefer a specific day or time to take delivery of your order.

Your delivery time and cost will be calculated and communicated to you in your quote, along with any other information needed, before you confirm your order for processing.

To ensure your order is delivered as efficiently as possible, please notify us of any delivery obstructions and ensure that the delivery area is clear to accommodate delivery vehicles and the unloading process.

For large or heavy orders, delivery will be in the form of a kerbside pallet drop only.

All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt.

Returns

Should you receive goods that are not of satisfactory quality (for example, damaged in transit), are unfit for purpose, or are not as described, you have a 30 day right to reject. This time period commences when you ‘take ownership’ of the goods, which is the day on which they are delivered. You may request a full refund during this 30-day period and we will arrange collection and pay for all courier costs in returning the goods.

Our standard warranty period is 3 years (36 months), so if you are outside the ’30 day right to reject’ period, you may not be entitled to a refund, however we will repair or replace any goods that experience manufacturing defects during the 3-year (36 month) warranty period free of charge.

For all returns, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
